I’m so excited to announce this new blog. I have my own website and I also sell on the Goimagine Handmade Marketplace and they finally announced their new blog feature to their sellers and we are all delighted.
I love to read, write and sew! It’s the perfect combination for me. Goimagine not only gives makers a platform to sell their one of a kind handmade and personalized items, but also now gives us the opportunity to reach more buyers, readers, and others who love and enjoy the same things as we do.
Goimagine also gives back a portion of their profits to children’s charities. They are a great alternative to other handmade platforms on the market and their customer service is top notch.
If you’re not familiar with the new Goimagine Marketplace you can check it out HERE. They now offer a free level where you can join the marketplace and sell your handmade items for absolutely free. They also have other levels you can join and you can even get your own website through Goimagine and/or transfer your domain. I didn’t have a domain so I bought mine through Goimagine and they set everything up for me. That’s means that I have a shop inside their marketplace, plus I have my own stand alone website with my own custom domain.
If you would like to join, please use my promo code KT8NSI and get your first month free if you decide to join a paid plan ( which is still very affordable.) Just choose the plan that is right for you based on the number of products that you have or think you will have in your shop. You can also upgrade at anytime. They also have a public forum where you can go to ask questions. You can also leave me a comment below and I will answer them also.
So, let’s get into why we are really here. Sewing of course! This blog will bring you some great tips, some free patterns and hopefully a lot of inspiration and great ideas.
Bag sewing is one of my favorite things to sew, but since I bought a new Janome Memory Craft 550E embroidery machine , I have been sewing cute dog jackets for my YorkiePoo and embroidering his name on them. With the recent freezing weather we’ve had in Texas lately my sweet Bernie hasn’t complained at all about his new double thick flannel jacket.
Cold weather means more inside sewing and creating so I will have my next blog coming soon and I can’t wait to share it with you.
Leave a comment, feedback or sewing tip below to share with others.
Thanks,
Mechelle My Bell
